I'm an Organizational & Agile Transformation Coach and Trainer in NYC with 21+ years of professional experience in industries including manufacturing, retail, education, non-profit, marketing, and media. I'm also a Certified Scrum Professional, Training From The Back Of The Room Trainer, Certified EQ Practitioner and Certified Lego Serious Play Facilitator.
My journey from a developer to a coach resulted from a focused interest in human behaviors, psychology, and humanizing processes.
I have a BSc. in Computer Science with a minor in Psychology and have a passion for all things related to Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and bringing those aspects out in my teams.
As a "Humanizer" and change agent I guide and allow organizations to
identify with core human qualities.
I'm also a co-organizer for AgileNYC - the first Agile community established in NYC holding regular usergroup meetings and an annual conference.
